How do I get my beer?
Three ways: collect it free from The Spinners Arms during opening hours, have it delivered locally, or have it couriered anywhere in the UK.
How much does delivery cost?
Collection from the pub is free. Local delivery to most Cumbria & Borders postcodes is £2.50. UK courier delivery is £8 for the first case, then £2 for each extra case.
When will my order arrive?
We aim to deliver within 3-5 working days. Local deliveries go out with our Wednesday and Thursday trade runs, and courier orders go out weekly, usually on a Monday.
Do you deliver to my postcode?
We offer local delivery for £2.50 to most postcodes within about 35 miles of Carlisle, from Whitehaven to Dumfries and across towards the North East. Enter your postcode at checkout and it will show your options. Just outside? Get in touch and we'll see what we can do..
What's in a mixed case, or a half and half?
A mixed case is 12 bottles of whatever we have in stock at the time. With a half and half you choose two beers and get 6 of each.
A beer I want is sold out. When will it be back?
We brew in small batches, so beers come and go. Sign up to our newsletter above and you'll hear first when something new is ready.
Do I need to be over 18?
Yes, you must be 18 or over to order. We may ask for ID on delivery.
What if something arrives damaged?
Email hello@carlislerealale.com with photos of the damage within 3 days of delivery and we'll put it right.
